Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer (AI-Focused) | $120k–$160k | Remote (US ET)I’m partnered with a fast-moving SaaS business hiring a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a small, high-impact team working on a core product that directly supports customer workflows and automation.This is a hands-on, problem-solving role - less about perfect architecture diagrams, more about shipping, fixing, improving, and automating real-world problems quickly.What you’ll be doing:Building and improving a SaaS platform used in production environmentsWriting backend-heavy code in .NET while contributing to frontend featuresDebugging, triaging, and reducing support load (is it a bug or user error?)Automating manual processes (e.g. onboarding workflows)Working closely with a small team in a fast-paced, low-process environmentContributing to early adoption of AI-driven tooling and featuresTech stack:C# / .NET (Core, APIs, backend services)JavaScript / React (SPA development)SQL (core data layer)Bonus: Python, AI/ML exposure, cloud toolingAPIs (REST/SOAP), CI/CD, microservices exposure What they’re looking for:~5+ years experience (flexible for the right person)Strong .NET fundamentals with full-stack capabilitySomeone who enjoys problem-solving over perfectionComfortable working in a scrappy, startup-style environmentSelf-sufficient, proactive, and communicativeInterest or experience in AI tools / automation is a big plusTeam & environment:Small team (2 engineers + leadership) with high ownershipNo heavy process — they move fast and expect you to keep upDaily interaction with leadership and wider engineering teamsStrong focus on delivery and impact over rigid processInterview process:Initial technical screen with engineersTake-home test (focused on backend + AI/problem-solving)Final discussion with leadershipLogistics:Salary: $120k–$160kFully remote (ET or CT time zone preferred)Permanent roleUrgent hire (ASAP)If you’re the type who sees a messy manual process and immediately thinks “I can automate that in a weekend” - this will suit you.If you feel this could be a good fit and want further details please drop me a DM or email chris@thedeveloperlink.io
