Senior Land Surveyor/Project Manager

Civil Tec Engineering & Surveying P.C. has an immediate opening for a Senior Land Surveyor / Project Manager for the Suffern, New York office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management of multiple survey crews, survey technicians and projects for successful completion. Review surveys, survey computation and construction staking to meet required specifications. Prepare all types of surveying plats and exhibit drawings utilizing research and the information gathered in the field. Prepare project proposals and cost estimates. Requirements: Bachelors or Associates Degree required. Minimum 7 years of experience in managing all types of survey projects which includes meeting with clients, managing budgets & schedules and coordinating field staff. Must be able to process field data and interface with CADD. Must possess a valid New York State Land Surveying license. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Must have a valid New York State Driver’s license. Civil Tec Engineering & Surveying PC is a small civil engineering & land surveying firm with offices located in Suffern, NY, Chester, NY, and Latham, NY.
