Cardiothoracic Surgery Position Near the Great Smoky Mountains A five-hospital network in East Tennessee seeks BE/BC experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-respected, busy practice to replace a physician. Employed Position with a Hospital Based Clinic Outpatient Only Accomplished cardiovascular surgery team and dedicated step down unit to serve recovering patients Anesthesia coverage is provided by third party (Mednax) Hospital base service line OR is well equipped with 11 Suites, 4 Endo rooms, and 1 Cysto - 2 Heart Rooms Fully competent Heart Team in the OR OR Time is scheduled either block utilization or first come first serve on open times in the OR Comprehensive Package that may include all of the following: Competitive Salary based on the MGMA guidelines Incentive Bonus based on WRUVs Commencement/Signing bonus Medical Education Debt Assistance Relocation Expenses CME, Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision benefits
