Sr. Full-Stack Developer

*Native/Bilingual English is required for this role (read/written/spoken)Please upload your CV Resume in English.Monthly salary: $4,000 USDAlong with our partner, we are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join as one of the company’s first technical hires and work closely with the CTO to build and scale its product and technical foundation.This is a highly hands on role for an engineer who is comfortable working across the entire stack, from frontend and backend development to databases, testing, infrastructure, and system architecture. You’ll have significant ownership over technical decisions and will contribute directly to how the product and engineering practices evolve as the company grows.We’re looking for someone with a strong builder mindset who thrives in startup environments, thinks architecturally across systems and codebases, and is excited about using AI to fundamentally improve how software is built.What You’ll Do:Build, ship, and maintain product features across the frontend, backend, and database layers.Think architecturally across multiple codebases and help ensure systems remain scalable and maintainable as the product grows.Own projects and features from initial requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.Build and maintain automated testing and CI infrastructure.Leverage AI coding tools and agentic workflows to improve development speed, quality, and engineering efficiency.Contribute to infrastructure and deployment work as needed, including cloud-based environments.Help establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices as the technical team grows.Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and solve problems across different areas of the product and technology stack.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of significant professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of building and shipping software.Full-stack professional experience and comfort working across frontend, backend, and databases. Experience with Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres is highly preferred.Professional experience working across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure, including deploying, managing, or supporting production applications and services.Ability to think architecturally across multiple codebases and make thoughtful technical decisions.Experience with automated testing and CI infrastructure.Proficiency using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar.Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive technical work from idea to production.Comfortable working closely with technical leadership in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.An AI-forward mindset and genuine interest in incorporating new AI-driven development methodologies into everyday engineering work.Nice to Have:Experience working at startups or building personal projects, products, or applications.Experience working directly with infrastructure, such as setting up and managing VMs on AWS or similar cloud platforms.Broader DevOps experience and comfort working with server infrastructure.Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and AI-enhanced development workflows.Work Style:This is a startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly and engineers are expected to take meaningful ownership.
