At AdTonos, simplicity, innovation, and transparency form the cornerstone of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale global revenue across programmatic and direct channelsManage and grow relationships with DSPs, holding groups, and top-tier agenciesDevelop and close strategic partnerships with brands and agency groupsLead end-to-end sales cycles — from sourcing through negotiation to executionDrive expansion of key accounts across the US, UK, and EuropeTranslate market feedback into product and go-to-market strategyEvangelize digital audio and in-car advertising within the agency ecosystemCollaborate closely with supply, product, and technical teams to unlock growthProfileProven track record in adtech / programmatic sales (audio strongly preferred)Deep understanding of both demand and supply dynamicsEstablished network across agencies, DSPs, and brand advertisersExperience closing and scaling high-value, multi-market dealsStrong commercial instinct with the ability to operate independently and strategicallyTechnically fluent — able to navigate product, data, and integration conversationsComfortable with contractual and legal frameworks in advertising dealsExcellent communication skills; additional European languages are a plusWhat We OfferRevenue ownership with significant upside (OTE + equity participation)Direct impact on scaling a profitable, high-growth global platformExposure to next-generation media environments, including in-car and omnichannelA lean, senior team with real decision-making autonomyInternational footprint across New York, London, and EuropeUnlimited paid holidays
