Landscape Manager/Estimator

Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape Manager/Estimator to lead our landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the planning, estimating, and execution of landscape maintenance, landscaping, and construction projects. Your leadership will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop accurate project estimates by assessing site conditions, material requirements, and labor needs for landscaping design and installations. Lead and supervise landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality workmanship across all projects. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on landscape design, horticulture options, and maintenance plans. Oversee the installation of landscape features including planting, hardscaping, and garden elements. Manage ongoing landscape maintenance programs focusing on lawn care, gardening, pruning, fertilization, and pest control to ensure healthy outdoor environments. Monitor project progress from start to finish, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets. Maintain detailed records of project estimates, work orders, site inspections, and client communications to ensure transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or construction with a strong focus on supervising teams. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant selection, gardening techniques, tree care, and soil management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
