Our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take excellent care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.ResponsibilitiesReview and finalize bid packagesImplement Jobs in the Cost SystemManage the correspondence within operations and update work-in-progress schedulesBilling customers with collecting bad debtPreparing weekly and monthly financial reportingCoordinating with the monthly close-out of the booksPrepare, post, send, and collect bills for jobs managed by internal teamsPost customer bills and monitor collections for jobs managed by Project ManagersMonitor and collect retention per the terms of each contractUpdate Weekly Billing and Produced Volume reports weeklyLead the branch staff in the monthly closeout processPrepare Year-End ProjectionsCompile information for Monthly Branch ReportsQualificationsAbility to collect, interpret and present financial and performance informationAbility to track, prioritize and complete multiple tasksExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in business and/or accounting with financial reportingProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,Proficient in business math, accounting, and financial reportingWhat We ProvideCompetitive salaryMedical benefits with dental and visionFlexible Spending Account401(k) planFlexible work/life balanceFamily-oriented company cultureRuppert Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
