As a Stylist, you'll lead the execution of on-figure styling—translating creative direction and brand guidelines into clean, consistent, camera-ready looks.You'll work closely with photographers, art directors, and production teams to keep shoots moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality across every shot.This role is equal parts creative execution and operational discipline—ideal for someone who can balance both.What You'll DoOn-Set Styling ExecutionStyle apparel and accessories to align with brand guidelines and creative directionExecute on-figure styling across high-volume shoots with speed and consistencyDirect model changes and manage transitions between looksMaintain visual accuracy across shots (fit, drape, proportion, styling details)Stay highly engaged on repetitive shoots while maintaining quality standardsIdentify opportunities to improve speed, consistency, and workflow on setPre-Production & Shoot PreparationComplete pre-shoot prep including product organization, steaming, footwear styling, and mannequin setupPartner with production, photographers, and studio leadership to align on shoot plansBuild and document styling standards, references, and guidesContribute to pre-production meetings and post-shoot reviewsWardrobe, Props & InventoryBuild and manage wardrobe pulls, accessories, and propsCoordinate temporary acquisitions and ensure accurate returnsMaintain styling inventory (mannequins, props, tools) and flag repair/replacement needsEnsure prep areas, on-set zones, and storage remain clean and organizedSupport product flow throughout the studio lifecycleWorkflow & Studio OperationsMaintain pacing to meet production timelines without sacrificing qualityCollaborate cross-functionally with stylists, photographers, and producersCommunicate clearly on product readiness, styling needs, and issuesSupport continuous improvement of studio processes and workflowsAdministrative & Project SupportComplete production documentation (daily summaries, time tracking, expense reporting)Support shipping, returns, and product tracking as neededAdhere to studio processes across the full production lifecycleWhat You Bring2+ years of experience in styling, visual merchandising, studio production, or related rolesStrong eye for styling, proportion, and product presentationAbility to work quickly without sacrificing consistency or qualityStrong organizational and time management skillsClear communication and collaborative working styleAdaptability in fast-paced, high-volume production environmentsProficiency with basic tools (Excel, web-based systems); familiarity with studio workflows preferredExperience in e-commerce or studio production environments strongly preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the day (cement studio floors)Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbsRepetitive hand use (steaming, pinning, prepping, tagging)Ability to work in active studio and warehouse environmentsWork EnvironmentFast-paced e-commerce production studioOn-set and warehouse environmentWork performed under production lighting and active shoot conditionsAdditional RequirementsMust be local to the Portland area or able to commuteFlexible schedule, including early prep and extended shoot days as needed
