The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels.Primary ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and emails related to insurance claim inquiriesProvide updates on estimates and supplement processing statusRespond to payment-related queries (rental, towing, property damage, deductibles, and total loss)Process and analyze payment issues including voids and reissuesShare updates on estimate status, approvals, and submission instructionsAddress delays or issues in estimate/supplement processingProvide status updates on rental and towing servicesSupport customers with claim-related documentation and process guidanceRequired SkillsStrong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communicationExperience handling email, phone, and fax-based customer interactionsGood data entry skills with attention to accuracyProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to manage high-volume workloads efficientlyExposure to Auto Claims domain is an advantage
