Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleAscension Living is seeking an experienced full time BC/BE physician (Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) for its PACE facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis. PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. It is a wrap-around care model helping medically and socially complex individuals, who would otherwise require nursing home care, live in their homes as long as possible. PACE integrates and coordinates care for participants across ALL settings including medications, transportation and meals. Candidates must be mission minded to serve all persons with special attention to the poor and vulnerable.
