Logo Specialist
Overview:
Tyndale, a growing 8x Top Workplace in PA /4x winner in TX, and Certified Women Owned Business, and we’re adding a skilled designer to our Logo Specialist team. This team supports our sales teams by turning customer-provided artwork into apparel logos while maintaining company branding standards. Logo Specialists work independently day to day, but they're team focused and collaborative with a strong work ethic.
HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This Logo Specialist will work 1 day a week onsite, and 4 days a week remote. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Bucks County PA or in Tyndale Houston, TX (CityCentre) for onsite work.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with key contacts at new and existing customers and interact with them over the phone and email. Work closely with key contacts to identify and ensure integrity of customer’s
branding requirements;
Create and maintain customer logo information in Tyndale Proprietary System. Systematically check information to ensure accuracy is maintained.
Provide ongoing communication to sales team on logo statuses or garment restrictions in a timely manner;
Building long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience;
Drive process or efficiency improvement; participation in internal task groups;
Work closely with Sales Team to ensure all customer logo needs and due dates are satisfied in a timely manner;
Communicate with various internal Tyndale departments and external vendors to resolve customer design challenges, concerns, requests, etc. Identify and propose solutions to best meet the customer requirements without compromising quality;
Ability to create vectorized customer logos efficiently and meet customer quality expectations;
Implement adjustments and/or create digitized files through Pulse software;
Produce or coordinate with embellishments department for production of stitch outs for final customer logo approval. Create approval documents and obtain necessary signatures from customers;
Clearly communicate issues that you cannot solve to Logo Specialist Manager in a timely manner;
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field;
Experience using PULSE software preferred;
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with proven success required;
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel preferred;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong time-management skills;
Possess strong sense of urgency;
Detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work;
