Job DescriptionContract AnalystStatus: PTJob Summary: Reporting directly to the CFO, the Contract Analyst is responsible for supporting the contract management process and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in coordination with the Shared Business Operation (SBO). Provides support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the contract process and other duties as required for special projects. As part of the Administration team, to provide courteous customer service and assistance to hospital staff, customers and visitors. This individual must be able to manage, display an extremely high level of organization skills and display honesty and integrity when producing, delivering and distributing information. In addition, a high level of confidentiality must be maintained at all times.QualificationsMust possess a high school diploma or equivalentTwo years of college or business college in an accredited secretarial curriculum and experience preferred.Required Experience: One (1) year in Contract AdministrationComputer Skills Required: Google Suite preferred; willingness to learn Oracle and leverage the training, reporting, and process components to excel at role
