This involves having a sense for media principles and applying them to client investment plans. A successful Manager must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work and guide a group in a team environment. The Manager mentors a team of Associates in their development, investment execution, and maintenance of multiple audio investments for several clients.  They will lead account contact for all issues, requests, and strategy/client discussions. The Manager, Audio must focus on achieving performance goals and driving results for clients.ResponsibilitiesPossess strong knowledge of buying and planning Audio across all platformsCreate solutions and solve problems using data/research with the ability to draw insightsManage client deliverables and ensure timely delivery of buys/tracking/reportingEmbrace the team approach and able to build strong relationships with all internal teams across the U.SAble to train, educate, involve, and assist junior team memberAble to create recommendations and effectively present to clientsEnsure collaboration while processes are handled by the appropriate team members and timelines are established for all projectsWork internally with Strategy, Marketing Science, etc. to innovate for Omnicom Media clientsUtilize Agency research, systems, and data to view platforms, properties, and deliveries for planning, buying, and reportingAble to effectively negotiate client plans and guide Sr Associates in communicationQualifications3+ years experience in Media Planning or InvestmentKnowledge of national audio planning and investment tools including Prisma and DCM (DSPs a plus)Analytical aptitudeStrong attention to detail & organizational skillsAbility to multi-task & shift focus across initiatives as neededStrong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate and work as part of a teamStrong presentation skills – comfortable presenting information to clients via conference call and in person)This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$50,000—$95,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
