Physical Therapist

Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a well-established and rehabilitation organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bloomington, IN area. This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through patient-centered therapy, evidence-based practice, and professional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide hands-on treatment with clear, functional goals Educate patients on recovery, pain management, and home exercise programs Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timing Supervise aides and support efficient clinic flow Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to clinical protocols, research initiatives, and continuous improvement Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education Qualifications Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) or compact license.
