The Budtender will engage directly with customers, providing product education, assisting with selections, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling transactions, managing inventory, restocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness. The Budtender will also stay informed about product offerings to provide accurate recommendations and assist with customer inquiries.Shift hours will vary between 6-10 hours and you must be available weekends.QualificationsStrong Product Knowledge to provide accurate information and suitable recommendations Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experienceExperience in Cash Handling and processing transactions with attention to accuracy and integrityProficiency in Inventory Management for restocking and tracking product levelsAbility to adhere to regulatory guidelines and workplace policiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious retail or industry experience is a plus, but not requiredMust pass a background check
