As a Certified Dietary Manager / Interim, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and deliveryConduct inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and suppliesEnsure compliance with dietary regulations, standards, and guidelinesSupervise and train dietary staff, interns, and volunteersCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer serviceDevelop and implement cost-effective food service programsMaintain accurate records and reports, including budgetary and nutritional informationPresent nutritional and menu information to residents, families, and staffAbout the Role:As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
