Hiring: Medical Device Assemblers ($21/hr to $24/hr) 1st/2nd/3rd Shift AvailableWe are seeking a diligent and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the production of medical devices, specifically focusing on catheter assembly under a microscope. This role requires adherence to stringent quality and safety standards and involves working closely with engineers to maintain product integrity and quality.ResponsibilitiesFollow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.Successfully complete training on production tasks, understand travelers/routers, identify materials, and use microscopes and production/inspection tools needed for product builds.Operate tools and equipment and complete documentation as required.Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.Collaborate directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality.Work with Engineers to develop process documentation.Perform inventory counts.Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed and execute other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAssemblyInspectionManufacturingSOPMicroscope AssemblyCatheter AssemblyCommunication SkillsLine ClearanceWorking with adhesives (different Loctite)Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1-3 years of regulated manufacturing experience.Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment or prototyping experience.Experience in manufacturing catheter products is a plus.Use of required safety equipment when performing lab work.Prior microscope and medical assembly experience.Prior cleanroom experience.Understand and perform in-process inspections to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic start-up environment where you have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
