You’ll be the person who builds, launches, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels—then reports back on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.You’ll work directly with our founder and lead team, who handles client relationships and big-picture strategy. Your job is to make the strategy come to life—execute campaigns that generate real leads and real sales for our clients, keep a close eye on performance data, and constantly look for ways to improve results. You’ll have admin and design support to help with the day-to-day, so you can stay focused on what matters most: performance.This is an ideal role for someone with a few years of PPC experience who’s ready to own the execution side of a multi-account agency and grow into a bigger role over time. We’re willing to invest in the right person—if you bring the hustle, the curiosity, and the hands-on skills, we’ll help you level up.What You’ll Do Day-to-DayBuild & Launch CampaignsSet up, structure, and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll manage campaigns across 10–20 active client accounts with combined monthly ad spend of up to $150K+.Optimize for ResultsMonitor campaign performance daily. Adjust bids, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead. You know which levers to pull—and you’re not afraid to test new ideas to find what works.Report & AnalyzeThis is a big one. Build clear, actionable performance reports that show how each account is doing. Don’t just pull numbers—tell the story. What’s trending up? Where are we leaving money on the table? What should we try next? You’ll report directly to the founder on account performance weekly.Landing Pages & FunnelsBuild and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions. You understand the full funnel—from ad click to qualified lead—and you’re always looking for ways to tighten it up.Coordinate with Support TeamDelegate design tasks, content needs, and administrative work to our support staff. You set the direction and quality standards—they help you execute. You keep the trains running on time.Stay Sharp & Bring IdeasThe digital ad landscape changes constantly. You stay on top of platform updates, new features, and industry trends. When you see an opportunity to try something new for a client, you speak up.Who You Are3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads You’ve driven real results—not just impressions and clicks, but actual leads and conversions that moved the needle for a businessComfortable digging into data. You can look at a campaign dashboard and quickly spot what needs attention—whether it’s a bleeding budget, a low-converting landing page, or an audience that’s not respondingExperience with tools like SEMrush, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Tag Manager/Analytics (you don’t need all of them—we’ll train you on our stack)Organized and detail-oriented. You’re managing multiple accounts, and nothing falls through the cracksA self-starter who takes initiative. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and you make it happenStrong communicator who can clearly explain campaign performance and recommendations (you’ll be reporting to the founder regularly)Hungry to learn and grow.
