Greet and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude Prepare delicious treats including sundaes, shakes, and specialty items Recommend products and drive sales through upselling Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Stock, merchandise, and maintain product displays Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support both front-of-house service and back-of-house prep What We're Looking ForHigh energy, positive attitude, and reliability Strong work ethic and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Great communication and basic math skills Willingness to learn and grow Previous retail or food service experience is a plus (not required!)
