The Director of IT Integration will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of the merger and acquisition (M&A) lifecycle across multiple, simultaneous deals. The Director will have influence and accountability, partnering with executive sponsors and senior leadership in the design, prioritization, and execution of key activities throughout the lifecycle of the deal.This role offers the opportunity to lead complex IT integrations that are central to Allied Universal's growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions.Lead infrastructure‑focused IT integrations across multiple concurrent M&A transactionsOwn end‑to‑end integration programs with visibility and interaction at the executive levelDrive Day 1 and post‑close integration outcomes where systems and infrastructure decisions have direct business impactThe Director of IT Integration will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.ResponsibilitiesActive participant in diligence of target/selling company to design and lead integration planning in alignment with the overall business strategyBuild and lead a holistic integration plan in partnership with the Corporate Strategy team, the Executive Sponsor, and functional leaders to achieve the deal's strategic imperativesDirect small to large cross-functional teams through diligence, budget planning, integration planning, and execution of IT and business integration activitiesEngage in vendor negotiations to merge or cancel IT hardware, software, and service contracts as part of integration executionEnsure compatibility and interoperability of systems, research products, services, and standards, and deliver effective IT solutionsDevelop and track acquisition key performance metrics tied to transaction value drivers and synergy plansServe as a strategic advisor to integration program and project managers, resolving program challenges and supporting new integration initiativesAct as a bridge between business and IT, facilitating communication, capturing M&A integration dependencies, and interacting effectively with both project teams and executivesQualifications (must Have)Must possess one of the following:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldAssociate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in a corporate development or M&A integration function in technologyHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in a corporate development or M&A integration function in technologyMinimum of seven (7) years of experience in a corporate development or M&A integration function in technologyExperience working in corporate development, integration strategy, or corporate operations for a publicly traded company or relevant integration consulting experiencePrior experience supporting, designing, or managing IT infrastructure environments (e.g., servers, networks, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure).Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process development and documentation for business processesHardware, software, and basic networking industry experienceCommand knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities and proven track record to facilitate sophisticated and time sensitive decisionsStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly interfacing with senior professionals; highly collaborativeDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and acquisitions simultaneously, executing against both individually as well as broader strategic initiativesStrong understanding of business processes, IT areas, and technologiesConversant with project management concepts, methodologies and toolsAbility to work independently as a self-starter, while having strong attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications (nice To Have)IT system design and documentation experienceBusiness process transformation experienceBenefitsPay: $115,000 - $135,000 base salary with a 20% annual bonus eligibility Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
