Responsibilities: Perform VCT floor stripping, waxing, and maintenance to high standards. Apply our proprietary coating product that eliminates the need for future wax stripping. Manage all aspects of VCT floor care services, from initial assessment to completion. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Train and manage a team as needed to expand service capabilities. Collaborate with the service department to optimize workflows and ensure quality control. Qualifications: Proven experience in stripping and waxing VCT floors. Strong understanding of VCT floor care techniques and products.
