Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive, warm and professional service to existing and prospective customers in person, over the phone or video, and by email and text (e.g. answer policy or payment questions, educate people about policy features and benefits, process policy changes, develop rapport and gather information from prospective customers, etc.) Liaise with Underwriters, Service Team and Claims Department to answer questions, resolve various policy or claim issues, and to advocate on behalf of our customers Opportunity to grow and expand the role in various directions (e.g. sales/account management, office management, executive support, etc.), based on your interests, strengths and career aspirations Key Qualifications:Highly ethical, honest and reliable; positive can-do attitude and excitement to learn, contribute and grow as part of a successful team!
