Senior Designer

Job Description: Own our next phase of design across Zoo's full ecosystem, including product, website, tutorials, documentation, brand, and marketing surfacesDesign intuitive product experiences and workflows for complex technical toolsSupport website design and optimization, improving storytelling, conversion, visual polish, and brand consistencyCreate tutorials, onboarding flows, product education assets, and visual learning content that help users adopt the platform quicklyBuild, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system in Figma across product and web experiencesDesign wireframes, prototypes, polished UI, graphics, presentations, and launch assets as neededPartner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and strong user experience standardsCollaborate with leadership on brand direction, creative strategy, and company-wide visual identityGather user feedback, run usability testing, and continuously improve experiences across customer touchpointsDocument systems, workflows, and design processes to create leverage as the company scalesRaise the quality bar across the company through strong taste, thoughtful execution, and user-centered thinkingRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in a broad design role spanning product design, web design, brand, or growth design for a technical productStrong portfolio demonstrating versatility across software products, websites, and visual design systemsExceptional UI/UX instincts with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiencesProfessional expertise with Figma creating and maintaining design systemsExperience using AI tools to automate design workflowsExperience collaborating closely with engineering teams and shipping high-quality digital productsStrong visual design skills including typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistencyAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple parallel design workstreamsBenefits: competitive equityfull benefits package which may vary by geography
