Engineering Technical - Software Engineer

Overview In this role you will manage and optimize Mac endpoint environments, focusing on Jamf and Intune deployments, security, and user support. You will partner with cross-functional teams to balance security and usability while driving infrastructure improvements and automation. You will troubleshoot incidents, prepare deployment packages, and create documentation to enable Global Help Desk support. This position offers a view into enterprise endpoint security and policy design within a dynamic IT environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security apps (Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, Microsoft Intune)Plan requirements for new/changed infrastructure servicesBuild and prepare deployment packages and self-service mediaDevelop and test pilot versions for new/changed servicesCreate solution documentation for Global Help Desk supportLead senior technical troubleshooting for endpoint services platformsReview and update Service-Now tickets related to Jamf/MacManage security frameworks for desktop services and integrated tech (Zscaler, Antivirus) and balance security with usabilityPartner with clients and portfolio owners on technology implementation initiatives across business servicesStay current on technologies and solutions and provide endpoint reports to stakeholdersEvaluate advanced requests for feasibility and provide guidanceCoordinate architecture of systems and provide feedback on projects and timing Key requirements5 years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other Mac endpoint MDM solutions1+ year of identity and access management experienceAdvanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.)Experience handling security incidentsAbility to prioritize by criticality5 days onsite in Atlanta, GA (required)strong problem-solving skillsexcellent collaboration and communicationprioritization and incident managementJamfIntuneMDM for Mac
