As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability.Leasing Specialist Location: Baltimore, MDPay: $19/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunitiesSchedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday as neededWhat You’ll DoGreet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing optionsAssist with applications and collect required documentationRespond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reportsMaintain marketing materials and participate in outreach effortsCoordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-inSupport community events and resident retention initiativesAssist property managers with daily operations and admin tasksMaintain accurate resident files and insurance documentationWhat We’re Looking ForPositive, professional, and customer-service drivenStrong communication and organizational skillsAble to multitask in a busy office settingComfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAvailable to work Saturdays and occasional eveningsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferredBenefits$19/hour (based on experience) + commission & bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off & holidays401(k) with company matchRent discount for eligible full-time employeesTraining and career development opportunitiesApply now to start your career in property management with WPM!#IND1
