Implementation Engineer
Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! An Implementation Engineer is responsible for the client-side deployment and configurations of products and services from the PERRY proTECH Managed Services portfolio.
About The Role:
Facilitate the implementation of new products and services into client IT environments
Review customer environments and report any findings that may hinder a successful onboarding
Provide training to clients on products installed
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email or text
Work with peers, team leads, and subject matter experts to overcome any technical challenges
Work directly with vendors, client contacts, and end-users to complete the onboarding process
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent with a demonstrated successful work history
Field Engineer FE grade 6
2 years of experience in a Help Desk or NOC
MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus
Software Vendor Certifications are a plus
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work through established processes
Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
