The Lead Automation Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automation equipment, ensuring electrical systems are functioning optimally, performing preventive maintenance, and overseeing the integration of robotics and automated systems. The technician will also support production teams and ensure that equipment operates efficiently to meet operational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issuesExperience with robotics and their integration into automated processesStrong knowledge of electrical systems and componentsSkill in performing preventive maintenance and ensuring equipment functionalityExpertise in automation technologies and their application in manufacturing environmentsAbility to lead and train team members in technical processesAssociate degree or higher in a related technical field; relevant certifications are a plusExperience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry is an advantage
