This role focuses on developing and managing condition-based maintenance programs, improving equipment performance, and driving reliability initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and uptime.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of condition-based and preventative maintenance programsMonitor equipment performance using vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and NDT techniquesAssist in creating preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs)Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant teams to ensure optimal equipment performanceConduct root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and data analysis to eliminate recurring issuesDrive improvements in equipment reliability and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)Maintain and optimize SAP-based maintenance systems and processesProvide technical support and training to maintenance teams on reliability best practicesGenerate reports and track performance of CBM programsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across plant operationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsIdeal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsUnderstanding of reliability concepts (CBM, RCA, FMEA, predictive maintenance)Familiarity with vibration analysis, condition monitoring, or related techniques (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsMore About the OpportunityCompetitive salary plus $10,000 sign-on bonus401(k) with pre-tax and Roth optionsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceHealth savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA)Paid time off and company holidaysPaid parental leaveEducational assistance programsEmployee wellness programs and discountsApply Now!
