We've also been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Startup 2024, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies 2025 and 2023, and Built In 2025 Best Places to Work.We're building the first truly unified platform for all travel needs-leveraging the best of human expertise and technology to transform how people plan and book travel.About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about building high-performing teams that drive growth across Fora. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles spanning go-to-market functions (including sales, marketing, and technical marketing), business operations, and advisor-facing teams. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you'll partner closely with leaders across the company to understand evolving talent needs and translate them into thoughtful, high-quality hiring processes. This is an opportunity to directly influence Fora's rapid growth by attracting and closing exceptional talent across some of our most critical functions.You'll bring a sharp understanding of the GTM landscape, a data-driven approach to recruiting, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Beyond hiring, you'll contribute to continuous process improvements, employer brand initiatives, and projects that strengthen how we attract and retain top talent. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape company growth through strategic, high-impact recruiting.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles across sales, marketing, business operations, and advisor-facing teamsBuild and manage strong candidate pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and strategic outreachCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processesDrive structured, efficient hiring processes that create great candidate experiencesAdvise on team structure and hiring priorities as companies scaleGuide decisions around in-office, hybrid, and remote talent strategiesTrack and report on recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are metRequirements5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on GTM roles at high-growth startupsStrong track record hiring a range of roles, from sales and marketing to operational and cross-functional positions, in fast-paced environmentsExperience with a variety of recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, Juicebox, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter)Clear understanding of how modern sales and marketing teams are built and scaledExcellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBased in New York City or willing to relocate, and able to work in person 4-5 days/weekCompensationCompensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $120K-$160K + equity.
