Machine Operator

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Machine Operator Location: Springfield, TN Duration: 03 Months (Contract to Hire) Schedule: Mon – Thu; 4:45 pm – 3:15 am CST (4 x 10's) Pay Rate: $19/hr on W2 Summary: This position supports manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, working on presses, handling parts, and ensuring products are properly assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities: · Follow all safety procedures and use required protective equipment. · Assist with press operations, remove parts, and separate scrap. · Assemble, package, label, and stack products as per work orders. · Prepare materials (totes, skids, bags, boxes) and move finished goods. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. · Work as part of a team and report any safety or quality concerns. · Perform other duties as assigned.
