Be the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication. Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
