Warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins. Offer assistance and drinks./liliMaintain showroom appearance (customer lounge, configurator room, reception area)./liliTake inventory of supplies and restock/order as necessary./liliReplenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge./liliDistribute mail and create UPS labels./liliBook Atelier/Tailor-Made appointments./liliBook Factory Tours./liliEngage with service clients and orphan owner via phone and email. Scheduling, data collection, event RSVP, service follow-up, etc./liliPerform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance as needed to offer support across the organization./liliScan Service ROs./liliSend out Marketing materials./liliProvide New Car Invoices./liliAssist in marketing activations/liliAll other duties assigned by Management./li/ulpThis opportunity is for you if you have:/pulliPositive attitude/liliMaintain professional appearance, as well as warm and engaging demeanor, at all times/liliAbility to communicate both verbally and with written documentation/liliAbility to multitask/liliWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background check/liliMust have a valid drivers license/li/ulpPay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour./ppThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
