Associate Account Manager

Job Description Description: ACCi is hiring an Associate Account Manager to support our sales and client service team while developing into a stand-alone Account Manager over time.This role is designed for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. In the early stages, this person will focus on inside sales support, quote generation, client follow-up, and internal coordination. Over time, with training and mentorship, they will grow into a more independent client-facing Account Manager role.The right person for this position is not expected to know everything on day one. What matters most is the ability to learn quickly, communicate professionally, follow through consistently, and work well as part of a team.This role will train closely under senior leadership, including an experienced Account Manager, while learning ACCi’s systems, process, and approach to serving clients.Requirements: Phase 1: Inside Sales Support / Account CoordinationPrepare quotes and proposal documents for sales opportunitiesResearch product and solution options to help meet client needsFollow up with clients and prospects by phone and email regarding quotes and open requestsMaintain timely communication with clients on status updates and next stepsLearn and use ACCi’s internal systems, tools, and processesCoordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to keep work moving efficientlyHelp manage order, ticket, and return processes as neededParticipate in training and internal development to build product and solution knowledgePhase 2: Growth into Account ManagementBuild trusted relationships with assigned clients over timeHelp identify client needs and coordinate the right solutions with internal teamsSupport proposal delivery, follow-up, and consultative conversationsParticipate in client meetings, planning discussions, and strategic review conversationsContribute to account growth through strong service, responsiveness, and consistent follow-throughRepresent ACCi professionally in client interactions, networking events, and other business development activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProfessional, polished communication skills by phone, email, and in personA team-first mindset and willingness to learn from othersAbility to stay organized and manage multiple moving piecesGood judgment, professionalism, and reliabilityComfort working in a structured, in-office environmentAbility to build trust with clients over timeCoachable, steady, and motivated to grow into greater responsibilityGeneral comfort with business technology and an aptitude for technical learningPreferred BackgroundExperience in inside sales, customer service, account coordination, or account managementExperience preparing quotes, proposals, or client-facing documentationFamiliarity with CRM, quoting, or business management tools is helpfulExperience in technology, IT services, or a related business-to-business environment is a plus, but not requiredWhy This Role Is DifferentThis is not a sink-or-swim sales role.At ACCi, this person will be developed intentionally.
