Attorney (Transactional)

Job Description Base Compensation:***$220,000- $250,000 annually (plus significant bonus potential)Benefits:Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family membersEmployer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit3% employer match on employee retirement contributionsStudent loan repayment plansContinuing education plansRelocation packages (if applicable)Billable Hour Requirement: 1,400 annuallyLocation: Helena, MTMinimum Qualifications: Montana State Bar License plus at least 5 years of transactional experience.
