Job Description Craft and Technical Solutions is a leading partner in the Marine and Industrial Staffing arena, and we are seeking a dedicated Industrial Recruiter to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in various marine industry positions, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our clients in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit candidates for various marine-related positions through networking, social media, and job boards.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.Stay updated on the marine industry trends and job market to effectively source candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.RequirementsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for marine or industrial sectors.Strong understanding of marine industry roles and skill sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.Join our team and help connect skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in the marine industry!Job Type: Full-timeBenefitsCTS, LLC offers a comprehensive benefit package to eligible employees.
