You’ll work alongside cross-functional leaders in an environment where your expertise is recognized, your ideas matter, and your career can grow.What You’ll DoAs the FP&A Manager, you will lead core financial planning, cost management, and reporting activities that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the factory environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and variance analysis.Prepare and present critical financial reports including:Actual Variance ReportsConversion Cost AnalysisCAPEX ReportingSpare Parts Inventory AnalysisCash Flow ForecastsDeliver actionable insights into P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow performance.Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts (LE/ASP/OL), identifying key cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.Cost Control & Operational FinancePartner closely with Department Heads and Cost Centre Managers to strengthen cost ownership and financial accountability.Monitor and analyze factory conversion costs across direct labor, indirect labor, depreciation, GFE, GME, and below-product-cost areas.Support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation activities for factory operations.Drive financial transparency by translating data into meaningful recommendations for business leaders.Fixed Assets & CAPEX ManagementManage fixed asset accounting processes including:CIP tracking and capitalizationAsset tagging and disposalsAsset master data governanceJSOX compliance preparationEnsure alignment between WBS structures, CAPEX reporting, and SAP asset data.Support depreciation planning improvements within SAP/EAM systems.Inventory & Financial ControlsOversee spare parts and inventory planning in monetary terms.Reconcile general ledger balances with inventory and fixed asset modules.Participate in physical inventory and fixed asset stock counts.Coordinate quarterly impairment reporting and support compliance initiatives.Business Partnership & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with the Factory Finance Controller to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and variance analysis methodologies.Support financial activities for contract manufacturing projects including:Planning cyclesStandard cost creationMonth-end system uploadsCAPEX and headcount planningProvide ad hoc analysis and strategic financial support to operational leadership teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional accounting qualification or membership in a recognized professional body preferred3–5 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and operational financeTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accountingPower BI experience is a plusWhat Makes You SuccessfulHighly analytical with exceptional attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and challenge assumptions constructivelyComfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environmentCollaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachBenefitsCompetitive salary + annual performance bonusEmployee Stock Purchase PlanComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid family leave up to 20 weeksGenerous PTO and work-life balance supportTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesLife insurance and disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family
