You will play a key role in shaping business priorities, driving execution, and enabling scalable operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles; partner with cross-functional leaders to define business priorities and goalsEstablish and manage OKRs and KPIs; track performance and report progress to leadershipOwn and optimize business operating rhythms, including recurring meetings and executive forumsIdentify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiativesSupport risk management efforts by establishing frameworks, facilitating discussions, and escalating key issuesCollaborate with data teams to generate insights and inform strategic decision-makingLead and support strategic projects including business cases, competitive analysis, and cross-functional initiativesPartner with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives and organizational planning effortsDrive ad hoc analysis and initiatives to support business objectivesQualifications:5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a high-growth, data-driven environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, marketing, engineering, and operationsAdvanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesProactive, inquisitive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
