Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position SECUTER as the leading security and home automation company in the market. Qualifications: Previous experience in residential sales, preferably in the security or technology industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative security solutions to meet customer needs. Tech-savvy mindset and passion for smart home technology and automation. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
