With a team of over 10 professionals, the company is focused on building a digital infrastructure to double revenues annually over the next five years. .Job Overview:As a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist (Disposition Closer or acquisition manager), you will play a critical role in driving growth by capitalizing on opportunities in real estate wholesaling. The ideal candidate is confident, experienced, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Engage with potential buyers and negotiate property sales.Coordinate and execute property dispositions for successful transactions.Utilize tools like Follow Up Boss CRM, InvestorLift leads platform, and MLS.Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and achieve targets.Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize deal closures.Share screens and follow up on leads, answering all inquiries effectively.Non-Negotiables:Proven sales experience in Real Estate Wholesaling(US Market).Demonstrated ability as a Disposition Closer or acquisition manager.Fluent in Spanish and English.Ability to share screens and effectively follow up on leads.Strong negotiation skills and a team-oriented mindset.Soft Skills:Confident and outspoken personality.Driven, motivated, and not shy in communication.Hard Skills:Extensive sales experience.Expertise in closing deals and negotiation.Proficient in lead follow-up and perfect command of English.Salary & Schedule:Hourly Rate: $6 to $10 per hour + commission Full-time Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday 48h week (1-hour lunch break)
