This is a full-time contract position (40 hours per week) expected to run approximately 18 months.The Network Security Engineer will support network security operations, access control initiatives, and infrastructure modernization efforts within a Cisco-based environment. Responsibilities include network assessments, troubleshooting, security policy implementation, access control administration, and collaboration with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.This position is primarily remote; however, periodic onsite work is required. Candidates located in Chicago or the Midwest are strongly preferred, as onsite presence in the Chicago area may be required approximately three days per week during certain phases of the project.The ideal candidate is available to in June 2026
