Director, Human Resources- Asset Management

Our client, a mid-sized fund in the NYC area, is looking to hire a HRBP to join their team. This person will cover employee relations, compensation reviews/planning, people issues and strategy, analytics, recruiting, etc., and cover around 50 people within the organization. The firm has a great reputation and culture and is in strong growth mode. Ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of human resources experience in the financial services space.
