GroundskeeperPosition Overview We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Houston, TX. This on-site position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of outdoor areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable handling a variety of physical maintenance duties. Core Responsibilities Always follow all OSHA safety guidelines, using appropriate personal protective equipment Consistently meet or exceed internal safety expectations on-site Keep outdoor areas and facility surroundings clean, organized, and well-maintained Assist with light maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed around the property Complete additional tasks and duties as requested by supervisors Perform hands-on physical work including sweeping, shoveling, stooping, squatting, and bending Operate groundskeeping tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner Qualifications and Skills Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean and well-kept outdoor environments Capable of working both independently and in coordination with a team Prior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
