Our success is ultimately dependent on team members who buy into our philosophy of providing the best possible care in each and every scenario.About The PositionWe are looking for a Full-Time Patient Support Strategist to join our Team.We are looking for a person that has intermediate to advanced experience with using technological platforms. You will have the training and knowledge to operate multiple software's.We are looking for an organized person with high attention to detail. As the point of contact for our Partner Vendors, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication to communicate with Patients/Clients/Customers of the Vendor. As the point of contact, you will be responsible to resolve issues in a prompt time.The successful candidate must be able to display strong initiative and the ability to work well within a team environment.Why You’ll Love This OpportunityCompetitive salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hourExtended health benefits after 90 days2 weeks of vacationGrowth and development opportunitiesThe RoleThe Patient Support Strategist manages and enhances the patient experience across all communication channels. This includes real-time engagement, answering general and pharmacy-related questions, and ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Support & Communication Respond to patient inquiries across email, chat, and social platforms Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely responses Build strong patient relationships Pharmacy Support & Triage Answer non-clinical pharmacy-related questions Escalate clinical inquiries to pharmacists or physicians Maintain confidentiality and compliancePatient Experience Tracking Track inquiries and identify trends Provide insights to leadership Collaboration Work with Pharmacy Operations and Marketing teamsQualifications3-5 years customer service experiencePharmacy Assistant experience requiredStrong communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive situationsOrganized and detail-orientedAdditional DetailsFull-time, up to 40 hours per week.Work is primarily performed at our location in Surrey.Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start date: ASAP.Closing date: Open until the right candidate is found.PartnerhsipRX is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
