Director of Admissions and Marketing

CareCore at Mary Scott - An established and reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in the Dayton area is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.Qualifications:Established professional contacts with area physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare setting, specifically LTC or SNF.Strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Responsibilities:Represent the facility within the healthcare community to promote services and strengthen partnerships.Drive census growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.Manage the admissions process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience for residents and families.Conduct tours and collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator to convert inquiries into move-ins.Handle referrals efficiently and maintain strong follow-up practices.Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives.Assist in developing and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans.Experience Required:Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting.Experience in LTC or SNF required (candidates without this experience will not be considered).Benefits:Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Employee discount programs.401(k) with company match.
