You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Rate Range: ≈ 40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and locationComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)Paid Time Off (PTO) & HolidaysContinuing Education SupportRelocation assistance may be available Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.Document progress and adjust plans as needed.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
