Field Account Executive, Central – Jewelry
The Role The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience managing retail partnerships and driving business growth within a fast-paced consumer or luxury brand environment. This individual will demonstrate strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage accounts while identifying new business opportunities within their territory. The role requires a self-starter who thrives independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and is comfortable working in a field-based capacity supporting multiple markets and retail partners. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, and store leadership teamsGrow business within existing accounts while identifying and opening new opportunities throughout the territorySupport store teams in driving sales performance, product knowledge, and customer engagementPlan and execute in-store events, client activations, and promotional initiatives in partnership with retail accountsConduct regular market visits and seasonal business meetings with existing and prospective partnersAnalyze sales performance and business trends to achieve revenue and growth goalsManage order processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution and deliveryIdentify opportunities for operational improvement, business development, and account growthPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall territory strategy and performanceManage business travel schedules, territory planning, and expense budgets effectively Requirements 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, wholesale, retail partnerships, or related fieldExperience working within retail, fashion, luxury, beauty, accessories, jewelry, or consumer goods industries preferredStrong communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive business growthSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based roleProficient in Microsoft Office, including ExcelExperience with merchandising, retail operations, or in-store execution is a plusAbility to travel frequently within assigned territoryStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage travel and scheduling independentlyMust be from the Dallas, Denver or Chicago region
