The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This pay for this position starts at $15.50 / hour.This position is located at the Charleston International Airport (CHS): 5500 International Blvd 119 Charleston, SC 29418The seasonal window ends on or before November 11, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. The start date will be on or after March 3, 2026.The schedule available is:Shift: 5:00pm-1:00amMust work Saturday and SundayPart time or Full time hours availableResponsibilitiesWe are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:Prepare all rental documents accurately and completelyVerify car information and VIN number for security and car controlProvide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling optionMaintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly imageEnsure that "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customersProvide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit boothMake eye contact and greet all customers; thank customer at the conclusion of all transactionsAssist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessaryPerform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customerEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredThis is a seasonal position and you may work up to 180 working days during the defined season
