Join Our Growing Plastic Surgery TeamOur organization is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to become part of our expanding team in Southern California. This growth presents an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates.Position OverviewThe ideal applicant will have completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program and hold ABPS board certification or eligibility. We are particularly interested in surgeons with expertise in various adult subspecialties, including:Microsurgery for breast and limb reconstructionAesthetic and body contouring proceduresComplex wound careAdditional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or general microsurgery is preferred. We seek individuals with strong clinical abilities, a passion for research and innovation, and a commitment to teaching. As a full-time faculty member, you will play a vital role in educating our integrated plastic surgery residents and medical students while performing a comprehensive range of procedures within the specialty.About Our Residency ProgramOur plastic surgery residency program has been a pioneer since its establishment in 1995, being one of the first five integrated residency programs approved. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation & Benefits OverviewThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank.
