Candidates from leading global asset managers, ETF issuers, and investment banks will be highly regarded.In this role, you will:Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, operating models, investment platforms, and technology strategiesDeliver exceptional service aligned to client needs across a broad financial services and ETF servicing offeringAct as a central point of escalation across Operations, Technology, Capital Markets, and Service Delivery teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal business leadersFacilitate strategic communication around market developments, regulatory change, ETF product evolution, and operational enhancementsDrive a culture of continuous service improvement across products and platformsMonitor service quality, operational performance, and overall client experience to proactively identify risks and opportunitiesDeliver operational insights, analytics, and transparency into service performanceGuide service evolution based on changing client requirements and operating modelsProvide strategic input into improvements across service delivery, operations, product, and technology functionsNavigate cross-functional teams to enhance current service delivery while helping shape future-state client solutionsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:Proven experience managing large, complex client relationships within financial services, asset management, or ETF environmentsStrong understanding of ETF products, capital markets structures, liquidity, trading workflows, or platform servicing modelsExperience within ETF Product Management, ETF Capital Markets, ETF Strategy, Distribution, Platform Management, AP relationship management, or related front-office functionsDemonstrated ability to resolve complex, non-routine client issues in a highly regulated environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders confidentlyExperience working across multiple products, business lines, and geographiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceApproximately 7–10 years of relevant industry experience preferredThis opportunity offers exposure to a highly sophisticated global platform, collaborative leadership teams, and the chance to influence strategic client outcomes within a leading financial services environment.
