They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a SA is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a SA, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.SAs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.RequirementsMust be able to lift 25 pounds at timesResidential production home selling experience (preferred)Positive and caring attitudeOutgoing, professional demeanorBe able to exercise judgment and discretionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust be able to collaborate with other Team MembersStrong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honestAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to function well in a high-paced environmentAble to maintain confidentiality
